Strategy

I currently manage $16M in annual marketing spend across 6 brands and 8 locations. I’ve developed a custom reporting cadence and data tracking framework designed to provide actionable insights across all ad platforms.


Data & Research

I track performance KPIs and convert raw data into clear, actionable tasks for vendors and employees.

Previously, I led market research for the U.S. launch of two international Saraya brands (Happy Elephant and Arau Baby). I oversaw category analysis prior to product introductions to help shape go-to-market strategy. Take a look at my process on this page.

Management

I have experience managing creatives, Google Ads teams, organic traffic experts, email/SMS teams, and social media teams.

My role has included setting strategy, defining KPIs, and setting up collaboration across teams. I lead weekly meetings, build onboarding processes, and mentor junior team members.
